Corridor InfraTrust Management, LLC, a Mariner Holdings related company, is an asset manager specializing in financing the acquisition or development of real property infrastructure assets. We provides capital to operating partners through Infrastructure REIT or “InfraTrust” financing.

We are currently searching for qualified candidates to join our organization as an Accounting Associate in the Kansas City area.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare journal entries related to asset acquisitions
• Prepare journal entries for administrative and overall fund maintenance
• Review invoices for proper coding
• Prepare billing statements
• Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statements and other financial reports
• Assist with budget and forecast preparation
• Assist with quarterly REIT qualification testing processes
• Prepare account reconciliations as needed

Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• 2-5 years experience as an accountant, has journal entry experience
• Proficient in Excel and financial analysis
• Experienced at financial statement creation
• Understands the basics of performing REIT asset and income testing
• Independent and self-driven individual capable of big picture conceptualization and problem solving
