20 Up To 40
Enhance Your Leadership Skills & Opportunities
“20 up to 40” Leadership Program Provides Leadership Training & Networking
The “20 up to 40” Leadership Program develops leadership skills and provides networking opportunities with peers who want leadership roles in the Society, the AICPA, and their communities for members up to the age of 40.
Program includes courses from top leadership educators, group activities, participation in KSCPA leadership activities, and social dinner events throughout the state in five unique, day-and-a-half sessions. Each participant receives an individual professional photograph, group photograph, and certificate of completion signed by the KSCPA chair.
Sessions begin in January with a legislative awareness session, in May to begin work on a class project and leadership activities, July and September focus on developing leadership skills, and the program culminates in November at the KSCPA Annual Meeting and Leadership Summit where the class project is finalized and presented to the leadership.
“20 up to 40” Sponsorship Enhances Program
The tuition cost is minimized because the program is underwritten by sponsoring organizations.
Sponsors help to create a legacy that maintains the leadership of the KSCPA and benefit from publication of “20 up to 40” sponsorship in KSCPA Skyscapes and at KSCPA events. A sponsor representative is invited to the graduation dinner and welcome to attend any of the educational and networking events.
