Description
Completion of the audit often times gets delayed because crucial audit steps have not been completed while the team was in the field. In these cases, audit workflow is generally not planned and results in extensive wrap up time. This session discusses effective ways to carry out the audit while in the field with the goal of completing all of the work while in the field. In addition, this session will offer suggestions and techniques for improvements in the overall audit process, including audit workflow and audit procedures. It will draw a parallel between a manufacturing process and the audit process which will immediately highlight implementable solutions that result in improved efficiency, a reduction in total time required to complete the audit and improved client service.
Highlights
The session will cover the following:
1. “Permission to think” - rather than blindly doing “Same as Last Year”
