Damages Case Law Update


Court opinions on applying reasonable certainty, foreseeability and causation is an important considerations in measuring economic damages. Damages experts should keep apprised of evolving case law and criterion trends cited in recent court opinions. This webcast will leverage the practitioners time by summarizing recent cases in which courts have provided additional perspective and guidance practitioners can use in performing damages measurements. The webcast will use existing AICPA practice aids as a baseline, and provide case law updates since their issuance. Participants will receive distilled information and understand the direction of the current legal environment while foregoing days of case law research.
