The Kansas Society of CPAs is once again teaming up with the American Institute of CPAs Women’s Initiatives Executive Committee to present the tenth annual KSCPA/AICPA 'Women to Watch' Awards.

We've made the nomination process easier than ever to nominate an inspiring 'Woman to Watch' Experienced Leader or Emerging Leader. Simply email the name of your nominee and the award category (Experienced or Emerging) to danielle@kscpa.org by August 1, 2019.

We'll reach out to the nominee for further information. Self-nominations are accepted.

Experienced Leader Criteria
An experienced leader is defined as a KSCPA/AICPA member who is in a higher level or leadership position within her organization, such as partner, owner, member, executive, elected official or appointee, etc. Criteria include the following:
1. Authorship of articles
2. Major or unique contribution to the profession
3. Public and/or community service
4. Mentoring other professionals
5. Improvement to the workplace

Emerging Leader Criteria
An emerging leader is defined as a KSCPA/AICPA member who is not yet in her highest level of advancement; however, she makes contributions to the profession and her community. Criteria include the following:
1. Public and/or community service
2. Demonstration of leadership
3. Contribution to the profession
4. Creation and implementation of unique initiative(s)
5. Involvement with alma mater or other local colleges and universities
