How do I access the new website if I'm already a KSCPA member?

First time users of the new website will need to set up a new password for account security. Visit the Log In page, click login without a password using the email address on file for your KSCPA account. A log in code will then be emailed to you. Click the link in the email, navigate to Membership/My Account and select Change Password to set up your new secure password.

How do I set up my account for the first time?

Visit the Join/Log In page, select your preferred option and follow the prompts to create an account.

Why am I not receiving the email with the login access link to set up my new password?

Check your spam folder for an email from info@kscpa.org. Or, you may need to have your IT administrator add info@kscpa.org to your company’s Safe Senders email list.  

Why can’t I access certain web pages?

Only KSCPA members have personalized access to member-only content, experts, social connections, reliable facts, CPE discounts, and trends information. Log in to access your member-only content or sign up to join.

How do I change my password?

Log in to the secure area with your KSCPA login and password, navigate to Membership/My Account, and select Change Password.

How do I post a job or an ad?

You can place a job posting or ad by visiting the Career HQ webpage. 

CPE and Events Registration and Policies

How do I search and register for CPE programs?

The KSCPA Learning Hub offers a one-stop-shop for all your learning needs. Get direct access and save time by filtering through CPE options from the KSCPA and various other providers, including AICPA, CalCPA, CPA Crossings, and Surgent. If you are a first-time KSCPA user, you will be asked to create an account. If you are a KSCPA member or have purchased from us in the past, log in to the secure area with your KSCPA login and password.

I have questions about CPE policies, electronic materials, CPE certificates, registration options, fees, refunds, attire, schedule, and special accommodations.

How do I receive my electronic CPE materials and access my CPE Tracker?

Materials are provided electronically at least 3 days before the event date. An email will be sent to the participant with the link to the materials. Participants are responsible for downloading their materials. Participants can access their CPE Tracker by logging in and navigating to Membership/My CPE Tracker.


What are the membership rates?

We offer a variety of membership packages that fit your unique situation. Please visit this page for more information.

What is the membership term?

Based on KSCPA’s fiscal year, your membership runs from September 1 to August 31. We pro-rate the first year, depending on when you join.

How much do I save on CPE with membership?

Members of KSCPA generally save up to $100 per 8-hour KSCPA conference. KSCPA members also have access to free CPE periodically throughout the year. Our Economic Updates and Professional Issues Updates are our most popular free CPE for KSCPA members.

How do I renew my membership?

To renew online, please log in to your account and navigate to the Memberhip/My Account page. Click on the Renew My Membership link and follow the prompts to select your membership package and enter payment. Be sure to update your information and the My Interests sections.

Why am I being asked to select a Persona?

We realize that a one-size-fits-all approach to membership isn’t ideal. By selecting the Persona that you identify with the most, we will be better equipped to personalize your membership experience. This will fuel the creation of an individualized membership plan pinpointing the most relevant KSCPA offerings to meet your specific needs.

If you are an Organization Admin renewing memberships for other employees, simply select the Organization Admin Persona option.

What is Find a CPA?

Member benefits include the Find a CPA feature, where member CPAs can opt in to have their profile included in a public-facing listing promoting CPA services. This listing only includes members of the KSCPA who are CPAs and have chosen to participate in the Find a CPA listing. The KSCPA is not endorsing or recommending any CPA or firm listed. It is the CPA's responsibility to keep their profile information current and in compliance with relevant rules and regulations. To opt-in or opt-out of this feature, log in to your member account, then navigate to View and Edit Your Profile. 

My membership has lapsed, but I would like to rejoin. What should I do?

To rejoin online, please log in to your account and navigate to the Membership/My Account page. Click on the Apply for Membership link and follow the prompts to select your membership package and enter payment.
