Terms and Privacy

You must agree to all the terms and conditions in this Agreement to become a member user or registered non-member user of the website maintained by The Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants (KSCPA) under the URL https://www.kscpa.org.

All users who log in must have a unique email address registered with the KSCPA through the membership process or register as a non-member on the website.

You agree to the terms of this Agreement, just as if you had signed this Agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, please do not register as a non-member user. Members, please notify the KSCPA offices at 114 SE 8th Ave, Topeka, KS 66603.

Changed Terms

The KSCPA may change or discontinue any content or information on this website at any time. The Kansas Society of CPAs reserves the right to change the terms and conditions applicable to the website's use and restrict access to certain portions of the website to non-members.

Termination

The KSCPA may terminate a User's access at any time for any reason. The provisions regarding Disclaimer of Warranty, Accuracy of Information, Indemnification, and Third-Party Rights shall survive.

Any provision in any memorandum received by the KSCPA in connection with the Product, including education and events, which is inconsistent with, or adds to, the provisions of this Agreement are void. Neither the parties' course of conduct or trade practice will modify the terms of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, all other terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law

This Agreement and the resolution of any dispute arising hereunder shall all be governed and construed per the laws of the state of Kansas, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. User consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Kansas.
