You must agree to all of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement to become a member user or registered non-member user of the website maintained by The Kansas Society of CPAs (KSCPA) under the url https://www.kscpa.org.

All users who login must have a unique e-mail address that is registered with the KSCPA either through the membership process or by registering as a non-member on the website.

You agree to the terms of this agreement, just as if you had signed this agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by this agreement, please do not register as a non-member user. Members, please notify the KSCPA offices at 114 SE 8th Ave, Topeka, KS 66603.

Changed Terms

The Kansas Society of CPAs, Inc. may change or discontinue any content or information on this website at any time, including information and features. The Kansas Society of CPAs, Inc. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions applicable to use of the website and to restrict access to certain portions of the website to non-members or members who resign or are terminated.

This Agreement and the resolution of any dispute arising hereunder shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Kansas, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. User consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Kansas.

Any communication or material you transmit to this site by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like is, and will be treated as, non-proprietary. Anything you transmit or post may be used by KSCPA for any purpose consistent with the posted KSCPA Web Site.

A customer’s right to privacy is of paramount importance to the KSCPA.
