Description

Financial leaders are trained to think in precision, logic, and structure, but many of the leaders they support (including those in the C-suite) do not. This disconnect can create frustration, misalignment, and missed opportunities. To be successful, we must refine the ability to manage and communicate effectively with leaders who do not think like you do. Learn how to translate financial insights into strategic influence, align priorities with executive leadership, and become a trusted advisor. Participants will better understand themselves and others, allowing them to tailor communication and create alignment across the organization. Working cohesively will increase profitability.
