Randolph Johnston, MCS
Randolph P. (Randy) Johnston, MCS, is the EVP, shareholder at K2 Enterprises and co-founder of Network Management Group, Inc. He is a nationally recognized educator, consultant and writer with over 40 years of experience in strategic technology planning, accounting software selection, paperless, systems, network integration, business continuity, disaster recovery planning, business development and management, process engineering and outsourced managed services. Randy has received several awards and acknowledgements including Accounting Today’s Top 100 Most Influential People (2004-2020) and CPA Practice Advisor’s Top 25 Thought Leader (2011-2021).

Brian Tankersley, CPA, CITP, CGMA
Brian Tankersley, CPA.CITP, CGMA, is the director of strategic relationships for K2 Enterprises. He advises firms and companies on accounting technology issues. Brian is a frequent speaker, writes for multiple accounting media outlets and publishes a nationally recognized accounting and technology blog. He has more than 25 years of experience and currently teaches courses in the US and Canada through K2 Enterprises for professional accounting organizations across the US and Canada. Brian has been recognized eight times as one of the “Top 25 Thought Leaders in Public Accounting Technology” by Cygnus Business Media and has received numerous awards for his writing and speaking from state CPA societies.

Stephen Yoss, CPA, MS
Stephen M. (Steve) Yoss, Jr., CPA, MS is a certified public accountant, partner and principal of Devmatics, LLC, a continuing education instructor for financial professionals and a licensed pyrotechnician. While his interests and skills are varied, they all share a common thread—his love for and skill in finding technology-based solutions. In 2017, Steve formed Devmatics, a software development company that focuses on solving problems through the implementation of technology. Before starting Devmatics, Steve worked as an accountant in his family’s practice, Yoss & Allen, where he completely redesigned the firm’s technology practices and instituted a technological infrastructure to streamline the firm’s practices and allow them strategic flexibility. Since 2009, Steve has also been teaching continuing professional education on topics such as cloud computing, mobile technology, Excel tips and best practices, data modeling and analysis, big data, information security, identity theft prevention and more.
