Kansas Department of Labor Letter - 1099-G Forms & Unemployment Benefits

Throughout the pandemic and during the 2022 calendar year, the Kansas Department of Labor (KDOL) continued to process many claims. As they are currently in the process of issuing 1099-G forms to Kansans who received unemployment during that time, KDOL wanted to reach out and remind CPAs of some resources the KDOL has available if you have questions or issues related to unemployment benefits.
