KSCPA Thanks Senator Marshall for Leadership on PTET Issue

The KSCPA sent a letter to Senator Marshall thanking him for his leadership to ensure that all businesses that are organized as pass-throughs will be treated fairly.

His work to ensure that the language in the House legislation is not included in the Senate legislation will ensure that pass-through entity deduction will continue to help provide some parity between pass-throughs and corporations.
